Waitlist & account sign-up

Joining the waitlist or creating an account is free. Nothing to refund.

Platform / subscription fees

If a paid subscription is introduced, fees are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual). Cancel any time from your dashboard to stop future billing. Amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Investment subscriptions

• Before drawdown — if you have committed to a deal but funds have not been drawn, you may withdraw your commitment by written notice before the deal's cut-off date. Any application fee is refundable.
• After drawdown — once funds are deployed into the SPV, the investment is locked for the scheme tenure. Exit is only available via the secondary market, subject to buyer availability, or on scheme maturity / asset disposal.
• Cooling-off periods, if mandated by regulation for a specific product, will be disclosed in the scheme document for that product and will prevail over this page.

Processing time

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Disputes

For any refund issue, email support@brexx.in with your order ID. We aim to resolve within 5 working days.
